Good morning Bob,
It's been a long time since I've addressed this project with you. I still have open files on this project and there are
still a couple of things that need to be completed on site and on paper before we can move on from the initial
phase of construction out there. Please see list of items in the email of 8/4/2011 below.
The City is holding a performance bond for the project and if steps are not taken to complete the remaining items
we will need to pursue calling the bond. This is not the City's preference as I'm sure it is not yours either. We'd
really like to work with you to complete the work.
Please provide a schedule of completion to Marie and I by January 6th.

We need to close out the building permit for the 4unit townhouse addressed 20734 76th Ave W.

The list of corrections I have on file for this project:
1) Provide utility asbuilt for development
2) Provide easement to City for water meters located on private property
3) Construct trash enclosure
4) Submit any backflow test reports to Linda McMurphy
If you could please provide me with an update on this I would really appreciate it. The permit is sitting in an
expired status, but I'd like for the records to show that all requirements were complete.
