In general, there was a reconfiguration of rooms on the interior of the south building wall, reorientation of the stair to the second floor, and a swap of doors 5 and 6 on the second floor. Each architectural revision is shown clouded and enumerated with a triangle symbol #3 on the drawings, with structural revisions noted as #4, as explained below. Drawing Sheets A2.1- First Floor Plan and A2.2 Reflected Ceiling Plan • Break room has been moved from southwest corner of the building to the southeast. • Trench drain added to vehicle servicing area. Also, because the owner has opted for in ground vehicle lifts, the thickened slab indications for overhead lifts have been deleted on S101. • Stair to second floor rotated 90 degrees to avoid head clearance issue with depth of steel columns. Structural design on S101, S102, and S103 has been coordinated to this change. • Enclosing walls have been deleted from Warranty Parts area. As the west wall was a bearing wall, the structural design has been modified to show deeper joists for second floor framing on S103 and thickened slab deleted on S101. • A walled enclosure for owner equipment has been added outside the main building at the southwest corner of the building. The walls are nonbearing as the roof overhead is part of the steel structure for the metal building and are detailed in 7/A2.1. • GWB ceiling has been applied to the new break room and equipment enclosure locations. A2.3- Second Floor Plan and A2.4 Reflected Ceiling Plan • Stair at second floor rotated 90 degrees to avoid head clearance issue with depth of steel columns at last riser. The restroom location was adjusted to allow proper clearance. D6 is now the roll up door that D5 originally was. • Reflected ceiling adjusted accordingly. A3.0- Building Sections • Drawings 1 and 4 show the reorientation of the stair. A4.0- Building Elevations • West Elevation shows D6 as roll up. • South Elevation shows the equipment enclosure • North Elevation shows D5 as a set of double doors A5.0- Interior Elevations • Drawings 1 and 2 show the interior of the Break Room in its new location.
