My name is Doug Hallberg, owner of Specialty Plumbing. We were contracted by Charles Van Goedert to do the plumbing on his four plex at 650 Bell St. in Edmonds. We purchased the permit
on 11/25/19 (permit #BLD20191510). It seems that he has decided to either hire someone else or do the work himself.
Therefore we need to cancel the permit and request a refund.
