Release
I (we) represent that approval has been received from the Galleon HOA
Association to install the product(s) contained in the
Washington Energy Services Contract of Sale at the Residence listed below.
I (we) understand that the Contract of Sale is an agreement between Washington
Energy Services and myself (ourselves) and I (we) agree to indemnify and defend
Washington Energy Services against any losses, damages and costs incurred by
Washington Energy Services including its attorney fees (if applicable) from claims
by third parties that arise from my (our) breach of the Contract of Sale or my (our)
negligence in performing any duties required under the Contract of Sale.
I (we) have read and fully understand the Release and I am in agreement with the
conditions set forth by Washington Energy Services
