Please submit revised plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator. Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website. Sheet X of X — GRADING/DEMO/TESC 1. Will a chain link fence be installed during construction? If so, please show location on the plans. Sidewalk along 220d' St SW property frontage shall remain open except as needed to perform specific activities such as sidewalk replacement and utility connections. 2. Sidewalk pedestrian route shall be a minimum of ADA required width, 3.6 ft. 3. Please call out a 10' wide south and northbound lanes and 5 ft of separation between the edge of the lane and the pedestrian path. 4. Show job shack location, if any. 5. A rock construction entrance is required. Please show location on plans and include standard detail. 6. Catch basin protection is required. Please show on plans and include standard detail. 7. Show stockpile location and indicate requirements to keep it covered. 8. Add note: Install and maintain all TESC measures according to approved plans, City of Edmonds standard details, and all other measures that may be required during construction. 9. Add note: All disturbed areas to be compost amended per 2014 SWMMWW BMP T.5.13. 10. Please indicate location of temporary bus stop to be used during the time the current stop is under construction.
