Dear Mike:
We have reviewed the planning comments memorandum dated August 7, 2019. The civil plans and
reports have been revised accordingly to address the City's comments shown in the letter. The City's
comments have been copied below. Below, comment responses and a description of plan updates
has been added after each comment as applicable. Please review and verify that we have adequately
addressed each comment.
1. Landscape estimate. Consistent with ECDC 20.13.040, please provide a cost estimate for the
landscaping and irrigation for the materials shown on Sheet 1-1.0. This information will be
used to determine the bond amount and inspection fees.
RESPONSE: A landscape estimate has been provided.
We look forward to hearing a response to see if the planning comments have been addressed.
