E. 2621 .: S Dade DRAINAGE NARRATIVE REPORT PROPOSAL The object of the present owners, Mr. & Mrs. Dennis Kenny, is to improve the existing house storm drainage from existing downspouts to the existing storm drain infhe private road, which will, require special consideration to accommodate the storm run-off from the building. LOCATION The subject property is described as Lot 2, Kenny Short Plat, located in the Northwest Quarter Northeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 27 North, Range 3 East, W.M., City of Edmonds. The tract is located on 9th Avenue South, having an address of 717 9th Avenue South, Edmonds, Washington. TOPOGRAPHY The subject tract lies on a westerly facing slope having an average gradient of 6% East to West with a variation along the west side of the property sloping northwesterly. There are elevation differences of approximately a foot from the south borf(er private road to the north border fence. The topography feature shows that the west side run-off flows naturally to the Northwest onto the adjacent area. The proposal divides the run-off into two storm drain systems. East side of building calls for 4" PVC and 18" CMP detention outflow to the existing C.H. t West side of building calls for 4" PVC pipe and 18" CMP detention outflow to connect to the existing S.D. stub - out at the south corner of the site.
