response letter to ENG STORM AND PLANDenise – Below are responses to the reviewers comments:
Engineering Comments:
BLD20190155 SFR
Owner will submit a revised Stormwater covenant as required and have it recorded once the plans are approved. We anticipate that the only revision required to the existing recorded covenant
will be a revised site plan
Civil plan revisions have been made to include the additional infiltration trenches required for the new garage building.
BLD20200195 Garage
The revised Civil plans are now attached to the Architectural and Structural plans. 2 additional infiltration trenches have been added in the lower area to accept additional storm water
from the roof area of the garage. Notes have been removed related to the existing construction that was previously demolished.
Water and sanitary sewer connections for future wash sink is now indicated on the civil plan. There will be a single tie in for the roof drains from the new garage to the storm water
infiltration system. The catch basin was previously installed under the existing permit. The catch basin is substantially lower than the roof drain connection if we need to shoot these
in we will however there is no issue that these will gravity flow.
Planning Comments
The reduced scale site plan submitted clearly illustrates the sideyard setback as the required 10 feet.
Please review these revised plans and let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you
