Hi Eric -
The LEH inspector came by our house today for the electrical final. He signed off and applied the "final' inspection
sticker on the electrical panel in the ADU. I attached a photo of it and the two L&I permit numbers for reference as
you requested.
Let me know if there is anything else needed for your final approval for renting our ADU. Looks like the only thing
pending now is the "final" on permit BLD20190429 (see below).

On our property at 907 Dayton St, Edmonds, WA 98020, we are done with all the changes that were required to
comply with the ADU code to make our ADU legally rentable. The changes were for code compliance and included:
0 Removal of 3 baseboard heaters and replacement with two wall heaters
• Addition of bathroom exhaust fan
• Addition of inverter powered ductless heat pump for heating
• Off street "parking pad" for two cars
• Whole unit ventilation fan
• Repair/completion of fully functional kitchen (rebuilt due to water damage)
• One low flow toilet upgrade for water fixture count code compliance
• Connected smoke alarm system in the whole house
• Individually accessible electrical service panels for both main living area and ADU
• Venting of added clothes dryer
How do I schedule an inspection to get formal approval for code compliance so we can start renting the ADU? I still
need to do a walk thru to be 100% everything s done but I think I'll be ready in less than a week
I attached a screen shot of all the permits on the property for convenience.
