Thank you again for assisting on this project: 18300 Andover Street Addition/Remodel. Mr. Akau has been reviewing the project, and recently working with Sim Singh from our office.
They have been discussing some minor modifications to the drawings and calculations.
The following is being forwarded to you related to this project:
Supplementary Calculation Package: Mr. Akau requested that the high roof framing headers be labeled properly. We have created a supplementary calculation package for the high roof
framing headers, and they are attached.
Additional Building Envelope Specifications: Mr. Akau requested additional information about the mechanical ventilation requirements. We are providing some additional notes to revise
the ‘Mechanical Ventilation’ and ‘Mechanical Ventilation and Outdoor Air Intake’ notes listed on sheet 1.1 of the original drawings titled ‘Adams Residence Addition/Remodel’ dated March
16, 2020. We have prepared the attached Supplemental Detail SD-1 that can be attached to the drawings.
If you or Mr. Akau have any additional questions or require anything more, please let us know. Also, if you have any updates (or where we might be able to look online) so I can advise
the client who is also on this email, that would be helpful.
