with asphalt or City approved material prior to the end of the workday - No Exceptions
WARRANTY The contractor is responsible for workmanship and materials for a period of one year following
the final inspection and acceptance of the work.

There are a number of bad order poles along this stretch of Main St. Can you verify that all of the
proposed overlash locations for this project are not on the bad order poles? Also, how will the
connection at point #13 at 6th and Main St be made? Will there be any new structures on the line
at that point?
