Hi Natalie —
After further review, and speaking to our TCS, we have the request to close four of the five lanes
on that portion for the safety of the Office. This set up should last an hour at the most. If we need
further modify this TCP, please let me know.
Thanks,
1,,

Hi Jourden,
I realize I did not note what specifically the City would not approve regarding the previously
submitted TCP. The TCP shows closing two lanes in both directions on Highway 99, leaving only a
single lane in each direction —
this will not be approved. What you have attached for the revision shows the UPO, but still shows
the double lane closure on both sides of Highway 99. Please revise the TCP and resubmit. If there is a
reason that the proposed work cannot be achieved with no or one lane closure, please let me know
and we can have another conversation with the City's Transportation Engineer.
Thanks,
Natalie

3B0000272206 REVISED TCP.pdf
Hi There —
Please see attached for our revised TCP. As far as the clarification requested, yes, all work is aerial,
overlashing on existing lines.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Al

Hi Jourden,
I am a bit confused by what is shown on the plans. On Sheet 4, there is a line shown to overlash on
the existing aerial, then there is a second line shown for a new strand/coax. The street view photos
are showing this line at ground level, but I assume this is still aerial. Can you please clarify?
In case this is something else, I will need to verify that what is being proposed abides by the
franchise agreement that is in place.
Also, can you please provide a TCP for the overlashing across Highway 99? If you need to close a
center lane to get the line across, or however it is proposed to accomplish this, please submit
another TCP for that portion of the work.
Thanks!
