Engineer. Every flagger must be trained as required by WAC 296-155-305 and must have certification
verifying completion of the required training in their posession.

asphalt or City approved material prior to the end of the workday - No Exceptions
WARRANTY The contractor is responsible for workmanship and materials for a period of one year following the final
inspection and acceptance of the work.

Hello Natalie,
I have attached our revised documents below. The original packet was
inaccurate to the scope of work that we will be doing, we will be setting a PUD
Power Supply & the will require power but we will not be connecting the power,
only setting the supply box. Also, we will not be affecting foot traffic on the
sidewalk.

Can you please provide more information on what Comcast is proposing? The application
states "set PUD power supply." Does that mean that Comcast is adding a facility that
requires power? The City would not approve what is shown in the permit application
because the conduit sticks out significantly from the pole and thus impedes the sidewalk.
Please revise the plans or clarify the design so that the City can better understand what is
proposed.
As far as the traffic control plan, will sidewalk need to be closed to pedestrians? If so,
please provide a pedestrian detour and show appropriate signage on the plans. Also, the
work will need to be completed during off peak hours (between 9 AM and 3 PM Monday
through Friday only). Add this note to the traffic control plan.
