The work is in concrete / grass there is no boring no trenching just one cut 3x5. The work is located on the south side of Sprague that will be where the one cut is to serve 916 & 919. Requested Work: Dig up bond located at 110' ECL 9th Ave N & 19' SCL Sprague St. Cut out all old bond wires and install 4 new ones: two 10 gauge wires labeled #4 on the west side of the insulated fitting and two 10 gauge wires labeled #2 on the east side of the insulated fitting. Bond one #4 and one #2 wire together with a split bold and bring all wires up in a T/L box.
