Here are my thoughts: C) Yes, I can confirm the pole will be at least 10' from the 80t" Ave W fog line; it will be approximately 30' behind the line. A,B,E) I am aware of Edmonds' preferences on control zone and have tried to accommodate as much as possible. In this case we cannot more further away from the road without creating an overhead trespass. I decided to try negotiating with you since the road is 25 mph zone. Also, I should note that the poles are behind an asphalt sidewalk. Do I have any latitude here? I doubt pushing the lines into private property will be popular; we'll have to take some trees to push even a foot back.
