Engineer. Every flagger must be trained as required by WAC 296-155-305 and must have certification
verifying completion of the required training in their posession.
RESTORATION Restoration is to be in accordance with City codes. All street -cut trench work shall be patched with
asphalt or City approved material prior to the end of the workday - No Exceptions
WARRANTY The contractor is responsible for workmanship and materials for a period of one year following the final
inspection and acceptance of the work.

I just got off the phone with Gary the select homes builder and he has installed the conduits for both of these homes
and verified separation and crossings.
21328 — Yes we are running the new extension from the existing gas stub(in-property) all excavation and conduit is
provided by the builder.
21310 — Yes we will maintain 5' separation and Gary also confirmed this with Natalie.

Hi Kevin,
I have reviewed the ROW permit application. The storm main actually crosses 82nd PI W at the NE corner of 21310, near
where you are showing the proposed gas service. The developer will be setting a catch basin in the ROW as part of the
overflow for their detention system. Can you please verify that the gas service for 21310 will be able to have at least 5'
of horizontal separation from the storm main and catch basin? I have included a screen shot of the approved civil plans
for 21310 for your reference (see below).
For the other lot 21328, is there already an existing stub? The approved plans for 21328 show gas coming in the
southeast corner along with the other dry utilities. Please verify that there will be no on -site utility conflicts (detention
system, perforated stub -out, water service line, side sewer, sewer later) with the gas shown as on the plans.
