For the work shown on sheets 3 and 4, will the sidewalk be closed or will it remain open with a pedestrian escort? Please confirm. If the sidewalk will be closed, please provide an updated traffic control plan that includes safely rerouting pedestrians to the nearest intersection(s). - Please see attached revised TCP. 2. On sheet 5, how does Comcast propose to cross 100th at 238th? Will this be able to accomplished when the traffic signal/crosswalk changes? If more time than that will be required, please provide a traffic control plan that includes any lane closures that might be needed. - We will be crossing with the crosswalk signal. Also on sheet 5, how does Comcast propose to cross 238th? This is not a signalized intersection, so flaggers may be the best option for this location.
