1. Submit ROW Permit Application form. 4129- Any work beyond the property line is in the ROW. The new
water will be installed in the ROW.

way to the public water main. The line from the meter to the water main must be installed.

public main to the connection on private property. Both the lateral (from main to property line) and the side
sewer (property line to the house) are expected to be reused.
