Please submit revised plans/documents including a written response to each item below. GENERAL 1) 4/29 Please submit. Any work beyond the property line is in the ROW. The new water meter will be installed in the ROW. Submit ROW Permit Application form 2) 4/29 Please submit. A clean -out will need to be provided that is accessible. Submit Side Sewer Permit Application form, if the sewer will be disconnected or moved. 3) 4/29 The water meter connection shall be shown all the way to the public water main. The line from the meter to the water main must be installed. Show all City utilities that are adjacent to the site. 4) 4/29 Show the sewer from the public main to the connection on private property. Both the lateral (from main to property line) and the side sewer (property line to the house) are expected to be reused. All utilities should be shown from the city main line/lateral to the structure 5) Done. TESC 1) Done. 2) Done. 3) 4/29 Add to the site plan.
