Engineer. Every flagger must be trained as required by WAC 296-155-305 and must have certification
verifying completion of the required training in their posession.

asphalt or City approved material prior to the end of the workday - No Exceptions
WARRANTY The contractor is responsible for workmanship and materials for a period of one year following the final
inspection and acceptance of the work.

1. A TMA is required for roadway 45 mph or higher. For roads 40 mph or less -
If a TMA is not available, the protective vehicle shall be strategically located in
the field to shield workers and no roll ahead distance is specified.
2. Extend device taper across shoulder.
3. Devices should not encroach into adjacent lanes, see sheet TCP 16 for
encroachment detail. The 2' lateral buffer is recommended.
4. Use transverse devices in closed lane every 1000' - when work operation
allows.
5. Traffic safety drums or tall channelization devices required for all lane
closure tapers on roadway 45 mph or higher. (Half spacing required for tall
channelization devices).
6. When used, device spacing for the downstream taper should be 20' O.C.
7. Coordinate with Region Traffic office for work hour restrictions.

Yes, the enclosure would be an aerial splice case on the strand before the riser pole- in order to
transition from 96ct to 12ct fiber (similar to the tie in case shown on plans).

be installed at the pole in front of 10130 Edmonds Way. What is this enclosure (i.e. size, dimensions,
where it will be on the pole)? Can you please provide a general drawing or photo of what a typical
enclosure will look like?
