I have reviewed the application for ROW Permit ENG2020-0365 (JB-414172). The City can
approve of the proposed within the City limits; however, not all portions of the proposed work
are within City limits. North of 234th St SW and Maple Ln on 84th and on 228th is in Esperance,
and will thus need to be reviewed and approved by Snohomish County. Has Comcast contacted
the County for permitting for that portion of the project?
