This is a preliminary list of corrections that shall be completed before the Engineering Division
will final this project. This is not a complete list of corrections. A complete list of corrections
will be provided after the final inspection is completed.
Frontage
1. Remove all construction material, equipment, santi-cans, etc. from the right-of-way.
2. Asphalt restoration shall be done with a minimum of a 1' T cut on the water service
trench on 74 PI W. An inspection will be required prior to paving to verify there is a
clean saw cut to pave against.
3. Asphalt restoration shall be done with a minimum of a 2' wide cut at the driveway
approach on 74th PI W. An inspection will be required prior to paving to verify there is a
clean saw cut to pave against.
4. Any other asphalt damage to 74th PI W shall be restored.
5. No pavers from the driveway shall be allowed in the drive lane on 74th PI W
6. No part of the retaining wall shall be allowed in the Right -of -Way of 74th PI W.
Verification that the retaining wall is located completely on private property is required.
7. If the gravel parking area adjacent to the retaining wall, is proposed to remain, a
minimum of the following is required:
a. A letter from the structural engineer shall be provided that states the wall is
engineered to support a vehicle surcharge.
b. Provide the square footage of the gravel parking area on 74th PI W for review by
the city's stormwater engineer to determine if the existing stormwater
management system is designed for the additional impervious area.
c. Once the above items are received, the City will review and determine if the
parking area may remain.
Sewer
1. The sewer cleanout at the property line of 76th Ave W will need to be changed from a 4"
cleanout to a 6" cleanout.
2. The cleanout at the property line of 76th Ave W shall have a 24" x 24" concrete collar
poured around the 12" lamphole cover per City standard details (SS-200) found on the
City website.
3. All cleanouts shall have a gripper twist plug with a wing nut.
4. Sewer cleanout located approximately 104' west of the home, shall be raised to the
surface.
Storm
1. All catch basins shall be mudded under frames, pick holes, between risers, etc.
2. All catch basins and trench drains shall be cleaned.
3. The T at the dispersion trench shall not have holes.
4. Tightlines need to be water tested at time of final inspection.
5. Rock pad at the dispersion T shall be extended to 10' wide.
Water
1. Water meter box shall be raised so that there is 6" of clearance between the box and the
meter.
Site
1. Straw shall be removed from disturbed soils.
2. Disturbed soils shall be compost amended.
3. All construction debris shall be removed from the Right -of -Way.
4. Provide documentation that compost amended soils have been installed.
