We recovered the site benchmark:
0 Ink line on fence post at SW corner of Lot A. Elevation = 374-00
We directly measured the elevation of the highest ridge to be at elevation 390.75

All workers/subcontractors must take a half hour lunch break after 5 hours worked, as it will be deducted.
All completed forms must be received by our office no later than every Friday evening by 9 PM
Timesheets must be written in pen (no pencil) and be clear/legible when sent to Head Office
Absolutely no worker/sub-contractor shall work on Sunday or on any Statuatory Holidays (as per your State)
No worker/subcontractor is to work on Saturday without approval by MGR Operations
if you do work on a Saturday without approval you will not be paid for that work
