Dear Mr. Lindberg:
I have reviewed the above referenced application and it was found that the following information, corrections,
or clarifications need to be addressed before review can continue:
Elevations: Height calculations provided on the site plan does not match the elevation drawings.
Add and/or label average grade, maximum height, and actual height on elevation drawings. Average
grade must match site plan. OK
Datum Point: The datum point is shown as the "property corner." The assumption is that this is bare ground, not
a fixed elevation.
Datum point should be a fixed point that will not change during development. Examples of a fixed
point are manhole covers, fire hydrants, survey marker in concrete, etc. Datum point is still shown as
property corner.
Please submit your revised plans to a permit coordinator. Our office hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays,
and Fridays between 8:00 am 4:30 pm, and Wednesdays 8:30 am to noon.
