Item 1. Additional beam added to floor plan with 2xl 0 floor joist framing indicated on plan A/3.0.
Item 2. 3.125xlO okay to use and revised per plan sheets A3.0.
Item 3. Contractor to correct and reframe per plan as indicated by details 8 & 11/ S2.0.
Item 4. Refer to plan B/A2.0 for extending header full length post to post to address top plate splice issue.
Contractor to reframe and use correct header callout per plan (4x8 DF 1).
Item 5. 4x6 DF No. 2 post okay, but contractor to frame per plan full height at upper level. See plan sheets
A2.0 & A3.0.
Item 6. Plan revised to show sistering of (2) PT 2x6 deck joist on both sides of interior floor joist and
extending into interior joist bay min 48". See plan A/3.0.
Item 7. Contractor to reframe lower level window header per plan (4x8 DF 1), with upper level (2) 2x1 2 DF 2.
See plan sheet A2.0 & A3.0.
Item 8. 3.125xlO okay to use and revised per plan sheets A4.0.
