Seavue is authorizing the owner of Unit 304, or their authorized representative, to bring the limited common deck, which has current code violations, back into compliance with City of Edmonds codes; and also conform to its original condition and open configuration, to include the original architectural design as addressed in the scope of work outlined in the permit and subject to the color scheme: The scope of work shall include: • Removing the windows and frames and safely disposing of them; • Ensuring the rail cap is at an angle to allow rain runoff and is in good condition; • Wall and ceiling are in or brought back to their original state; • The deck floor is in its original state and good condition; and • That no damage to the structure, to include the stucco. Required color and paint: • Rail cap: Sherwin Williams Resilience Acrylic Exterior Latex Paint; Intellectual Gray - 7045 • Walls: Sherwin Williams Resilience Acrylic Exterior Latex Paint; Balance Beige- 7037 • Stucco: Sherwin Williams Resilience Acrylic Exterior Latex Paint; Balance Beige - 7037 • Ceiling: Sherwin Williams Resilience Acrylic Exterior Latex Paint; Balance Beige - 7037 • Flooring: Sherman Williams Super Deck Elastomeric Coating; Summerhouse Beige SW3004 This authorization is limited to approval subject to any of Seavue's governing requirements, any codes and permits requirements by the City of Edmonds, Snohomish County, or the State of Washington. A copy of the permit application must be submitted to Seavue before applying for the City. Once the permit(s) are issued a copy must be delivered to the Seavue president and or management company. Also, a copy of the permit shall reside in the work area as required by the City. Further, this authorization is subject to working with the Seavue president, management company or their representative, who has direct control and responsibility for any common areas, limited common areas, and safety issues. This authorization is subject to suspension or withdrawal any time if any of the conditions are not met and all construction shall cease immediately until permission is reinstated. Unit 304 November 4, 2019 All costs, including any permits, architectural and envelope requirements, the performance of construction, any damage to the building the structure, and any dump requirements shall be the sole responsibility of the owner (do debris shall be placed in Seavue's dumpster). Huwever, Seavue ASSU-Cidatiu-1-1 vvill provide a new deck light fixture that needs to be installed by a qualified contractor. If for some reason Seavue provides any other costs at a later time, a separate letter will be issued. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure Seavue is notified of any inspections that take place by any city, county or state official so a Seavue representative may be present. Not providing inspection information may require Seavue to have the City re -inspect and such a request will incur a reinspection fee by the City at the expense of the owner. Any work performed must be done by a licensed contractor working within required laws and codes. Any contractor must be insured to include performing work on multi -family/ commercial building, to include structural work if any work falls within this scope of work. The owner and contractor shall be subject to any requirements of the permit issuer. . The owner is advised to refer to and adhere to the Seavue Declaration and Living at Seavue — Seavue Administrative Rules as several sections of the document refer to rules and requirements. . It is the owner's responsibility to ensure any contractors or professionals are aware of the conditions, requirements, and rules. Contractors not adhering to governing rules may be banned from working at Seavue to include work stoppage. . Owner shall provide the contractor with a key if necessary and must adhere to the City of Edmonds and Seavue's construction requirements for permitted working hours. . Owner shall ensure that any contractors use the North entrance for bringing in or removing any material or debris. The use of the front 5th Ave door is not permitted. This authorization is subject to suspension or withdrawal any time if any of the conditions are not met and all construction shall cease immediately until permission is reinstated.
