FIELD INSPECTION

We performed an on -site visit to the above referenced address to inspect a new foundation
(un-poured at the time of the visit). The bottom of footing is not 18" below undisturbed soil.
We find the installation structural acceptable based on the following-
1 . The footing is 18" wide x 8" thick and its only supporting one floor and a wood framed
roof.
2. Bearing as noted (in the field) is 1500 psf (minimum).
3. There are two (2) #4 continuous bars.
4. The back -fill inside the addition will be less than four (4) feet M R
and the back -fill on the outer surface will be approximately 18
