Subject: RE: Edmonds ES Field Report #32
All,
We’ve reviewed this and have the following comments:
Item 29.8: Contract Documents call for a total of (20) saddle flashing at these locations. Wayne’s to provide cost credit to Owner. This can be closed.
Item 30.6: As discussed previously, no drainage holes are to be installed in the flashing. We are concerned materials beyond the flashing could be damaged, and the holes could create
areas for bugs to nest. This can be closed.
Item 32.7: HKP to discuss with Wetherholt and the District and follow up.
Item 32.8: galvanized skirt flashing was previously discussed with Wayne’s and is the preferred flashing at this location. It will blend in better with the galvanized fans. No issues
or concerns from HKP; this can be closed.
Thank you
Christine Baldwin
