bld20200311 resub infoHi Denise, Thank you for your reply and comments. I have a few questions on them I'd love your help with: 1) The fence shall be constructed entirely on private property: the plans are showing that this is the case, the fence would be built on my property line 2) The fence must be at least 3 feet away from the water meters: As you can see on the photo below, we can have it up to 2 feet, otherwise it would force us to have our irrigation system outside of the fence if we were doing 3 (all our neighbors have this system on their property), and really allow us to push our fence by a couple feet rather than 10, which would render our project really irrelevant. The irrigation system wasn't put 3 feet away from the water meters in the first place, which is why we would lose most of the gain. Jennifer Lambert reviewed our plans multiple times and didn't raise concern regarding the water meter, would it be possible to double check on this? 3 feet wouldn’t provide more space as the irrigation system is so close. We would be devastated if it had to be that far as no one raised any concerns on this before we applied and it would now cancel our project literally, preventing us access to the majority of our land. 3) Please contact Olympic View Water/Sewer District for any stipulations regarding the control boxes for the irrigation system: We did visit Olympic View Water per Jennifer's advice, we were put in touch with Randy which reviewed our property plan, and was ok with our project, he however didn't provide a letter when asked for one but said that Jennifer could just give him a call. Our neighbors all have their irrigation system on their yard. Please let me know if there's anything we can do to help get the original plan approved or reviewed again. Best, Robin Clediere
