Sound/Noise originating from temporary construction sites as a result of construction activity are
exempt from the noise limits of ECC Chapter 5.30 only during the hours of 7:OOam to 6:OOpm on

weekdays and 10:OOam and 6:OOpm on Saturdays, excluding Sundays and Federal Holidays. At all
other times the noise originating from construction sites/activities must comply with the noise limits
of Chapter 5.30, unless a variance has been granted pursuant to ECC 5.30.120.
All utilities shall be located prior to any excavation. New locates shall be called for if at time of

and it's 15 feet awav from the edge of traveled lane. There is no tree removal work, boring or trenching involved.

verifying completion of the required training in their possession.

patched with asphalt or City approved material prior to the end of the workday — NO EXCEPTIONS.

We will consider the change in the guy pole height a revision to the original permit. No need to submit
any further paperwork, we will use this email as the revision "plans" so long as the pole location is the
same as originally approved. If the pole location will need to change, please submit new plans showing
such with the new height of the pole.

I have a question regarding the attached ENG2021-0075 permit. Ziply wants me to install a 35'
pole instead of a 30' pole (old existing is a 30'). They said they need the extra height on that Guy
pole for clearance.
- Does that make the permit invalid?
- Do you want me to re -apply again for a permit?
