To Whom it May Concern,
My name is David Miedema, and I am the Property Manager and Board representative for The
Carmel Condominium located at 655 Main Street, Edmonds WA 98020.1 am submitting this
letter as verification of board approval for the removal of bathtub and replacement with a shower
in Unit 202 of The Carmel Condominium. Said remodel will be performed by Rex GeRoy
Construction on behalf of the current legal owner, Kristen Mandery.
Hopefully, this will suffice as approval from the board, and Rex GeRoy will be granted the
necessary permits and approval in order to complete the aforementioned project on Kristen's
behalf.
