Said remodel will be performed by Rex GeRoy Construction on behalf of the current legal owner, Kristen Mandery. Hopefully, this will suffice as approval from the board, and Rex GeRoy will be granted the necessary permits and approval in order to complete the aforementioned project on Kristen's behalf.
