Dear Paul,
This letter is to authorize OAC as owners' representative for the City of Edmonds permit process
for repairs to the 121 Sunset Condominiums located at 121, 123 and 125 Sunset Avenue North.
The repair cost is less than 5% of the valuation of the building. Repair costs are based on the
latest construction estimates of approximately $300,000, and the value the property is based on
county tax records, recent sales, and on-line real estate valuation web sites of approximately $7.8
million.
