It appears that the planner needs a geotest to show stability at the hot tub locale....
We submitted compaction/soil testing for 2000 psf from Otto Rosenau for the huge structural post pads. Will this suffice for the requirements of planning for Hot Tub?
We also have a full geo report submitted when the engineering recheck was completed...
It seems that between these two, the req’s for the HT app should be good?

submittal of reports and updated plans with changes called out: L. Geotech report: ln accordance with the critical area determination in CR420180014 and because the hot tub is proposed
to be located within 50 feet of the steep slope on the north and west, please provide a geotech report for the hot tub location prepared per ECDC 23.80.050 which addresses the development
standards in ECDC 23.80.060 and 23.80.070. 2. Critical area notice to title: Per ECDC 23.40.270.8, sites with field-verified presence of critical areas and/or critical area buffers
for which a permit application is submitted must as a condition of permit issuance, record a notice of the existence of the critical area and/or critical area buffer against the property
with the Snohomish County Auditor's Office. Attached is a Notice of Presence of Critical Areas. Please sign and notarize this document. Prior to issuance of the building permit, this
form must be recorded with the Snohomish County Auditor's Office. Options for recording include: a. Provide the City processing fee of StOO plus the County recording fee of S103 (S99
