Single Family Residence Remodel & Addition On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit application. During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications need to be addressed. Please respond to the following items, so that I may complete my review: (note: new comments are shown in red) 1. Lot Coverage: ADDRESSED 2. Height Calculations: ADDRESSED 3. Height Elevation: ADDRESSED 4. Datum Point: ADDRESSED 5. Site Plan Corrections: March 3, 2020: PARTIALLY ADDRESSED: Please clearly label the eave line and note that only up to 30" of eaves may project into the required setback. Please see the site plan mark up below which shows what needs to be addressed. The comment states that the eaves are not projecting into the setbacks which is incorrect. The eaves are projecting but are not projecting more than 30" so they do meet setbacks, however for clarity purposes this should be corrected.
