PLANS EXAMINER
1. Sheet AC1: Energy credits are shown on sheet Al..
2. Sheet Al: Rockeries have been changed to segmental retaining walls and have been designed to
comply with ECDC section 18.40.020. Notes have been added to alert contractor he cannot
building the retaining wall withing the easement and that it can not exceed 3' of height in the
setback.
3. Sheet A2.2: The house uses a forced air furnace and air will be provided to the laundry room for
make up air..
4. Sheet S1: Special inspections will only be used sparingly where required by IBC. All insepctions
will be through city of Edmonds, it is not the intent of the note to say city will not be contacted
for inspections.
5. Sheet S2: See S2 for detail callout of foundation detail 2/S1.
PLANNER
1. Lot Coverage: Lot coverage calculations have been corrected as requested.
2. Height Calculations: Elevations have been adjusted and height calculations corrected.
3. Height Elevation: Elevations on exterior elevations have been corrected to correspond with
those shown on site plan. Actual building heights above average grade have been added to
exterior elevations.
4. Datum Point: Datum point has been moved to front of house at edge of garage floor slab under
garage door.
5. Site Plan Corrections:
a. Eave line has been labelled and not added stating that eave cannot extend more than
30" into building setback.
b. Property boundary bearing and length have been added to plan.
c. Scale has been corrected.
d. Section has been reviewed for design requirements and noted on the retaining wall
callout.
e. Retaining wall notes have been added and rockery has been changed to segmental block
wall.
