Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Engineering, or Fire, may result in additional comments that require attention beyond the scope of this letter. Items that recur on this list appear in italics. Please submit to a Permit Coordinator 2 sets of revised plans/documents, including a written response letter that is in itemized letter format. Indicate where the `clouded' or otherwise highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans. Upon receipt the re -submittal will be routed for review(s). Resubmittals must be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd Floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th, & F from 8am-4:30pm and from 8:30am-12pm on Wednesdays. General: The proposed plans include product information in regards to the polycarbonate sheeting intended to cover the pergola structure. The polycarbonate sheeting will need to comply with section 2606.4 of the 2015 IBC. This section requires the material to have an ignition temperature of 650 degrees or greater when tested in accordance with ASTM D 1929. A smoke developed index of not greater than 450 when tested under ASTM E 84 or UL723 or maximum average smoke density not greater than 75 in accordance with ASTM D 2843. Additionally, the proposed panels will comply with class CC 1 or CC2 combustibility rating? Please provide manufactures documentation of the requirements listed. Page 1 of 1 2. The proposed plans indicate with the installation of 75k BTU heater. Page 8 of the provided heater documentation recommends that a 75k BTU heater be mounted I 18' above the floor.
