Laurie,
I just wanted to connect one last time regarding your project at 22908 74TH AVE W. As we discussed you are in a challenging position. Some of your project has moved past the required
inspections without approval. I do however appreciate you have stopped and so we can get things moving in the right direction. So to assure we are all on the same page, here is a recap
of our discussion in a more formal way…
When we last talked on the phone I advised you of the following:
1.Because of the progress already complete, some items usually observed in the plan review phase will now need to be verified by inspection.
2.Due to the inspector coming in after the work has been done, the inspector may need to have some areas opened for access to observe the installation and materials used. This could
include cutting of drywall and flooring material.
You will be issued an inspection card with your permit. The first inspection is a “pre-construction meeting”. The inspector will be looking at the work that has been completed, the inspector
will advise you of any discrepancies that need attention prior to moving forward.
This is just for your information and clarification. There is no response required at this time unless you have questions or need any clarification yourself.
