Quality Plumbing is pleased to quote the following prices to perform the work described below:
I. Rough -in Plumbing Phase 1
1. Cut-out the existing plumbing utility sink
$ 1,583.43, plus tax.
Cap the old vent line or connect the new vent
line to the vent in the attic. What can be done will be determined once we open things
up. We may need to drill the roof and install a new vent for the clothes washer.
2. Install new plumbing for a clothes washer on the exterior wall to have the top of the water
outlet box at 36-inches.
II. Rough -in Plumbing Phase 2 $ 1,341.16, plus tax.
1_ Cut-out the existing plumbing for the kitchen sink.
2. Clean-up and move the plumbing for the kitchen sink as needed.
4. Install a new hose bib inside the kitchen sink cabinet facing the backyard.
Please add, $ 1,117.04, plus tax, to make the final drain and water connections to the kitchen
sink, faucet and basket strainer. Make the final drain and water connections to the dishwasher.
Connect the water supply line to the refrigerator.
III. Rough -in Plumbing Phase 3
$ 2,334.17, plus tax.
1. Install new rough -in plumbing for one toilet and one lav sink in the laundry area.
Please add, $ 663.52, plus tax, to make the final drain and water connections to the bathroom
sink and toilet at trim time.

This is to certify that American Environmental Construction LLC has removed the
asbestos containing material from the above referenced address per our Proposal and
Contract dated February 10, 2020.
Clearance Air Monitoring (Sample Type=CL) as reported on the Air Sample Data Sheet
(available upon request) indicates that the airborne asbestos level is below the EPA
established standard of .01 fibers/cubic centimeter for clean air after an abatement
project. Accordingly, the work area is safe, regarding asbestos exposure, for re -
occupancy.
