We would remove, only what we could replace that day. So the sidewalk would have to be closed on one half of the entry to City Hall. Then, as soon as we work south of the main entry, we would close the other end. The Street would not have to be closed. Only coned off for the Lift and No Parking signs for the duration. We would never shut down to the Main Entry. We can work around that. Revision: 7/28/20 Still working from Right to Left, or North to South. We would fence off, both the North and South elevations. Still leaving access to the Main Entry and pedestrian access with use of the cross walk, directly in front of the Main Entry. The fenced off areas would be used for material and lift storage, as well as a staging area for our truck to remove old frames and glass from site.
