Complete tear off of existing roofs, protecting yard by means of tarps and plywood as necessary.
Repair rotten/damaged plywood @ $100.00 per 4x8 sheet -and/or-
Repair rotten roof substrate damage per Time & Materials, Time = $65.00/hour.
Install Emil plastic sheeting (Visqueen) as vapor and asphaltic barrier.
Install %":12" tapered poly iso to promote positive water flow toward drain areas and minimize ponding as much as possible.
Install a mechanically fastened, heat -seam welded Versico 60mil TPO membrane roof system.
Install new 3" scuppers and scupper liners at drain areas and new TPO-clad thru-wall drains at overflow areas.
Install flashings, vents and trims necessary to comprise a complete, watertight roof system.
Install new 26 gauge fascia cap metal around perimeter.
Clean up and haul away debris.
5 year labor warranty.
Note: a COE re -roofing permit may be unavoidable. If so, the permit will be obtained and coordinated on your behalf, the
permit cost (TBD) added to the final invoice.
We propose hereby to furnish material and labor — complete in accordance with above specifications, for the sum of:

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation
from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All
agreements contingent upon accidents or delays beyond our control. Company owner to carry necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by
Workmen's Compensation Insurance.
TERMS: Net and payable as stated above. 1-1/2% per month interest charged on delinquent accounts. Legal costs for collection will be paid by customer.
