Engineer. Every flagger must be trained as required by WAC 296-155-305 and must have certification
verifying completion of the required training in their posession.
RESTORATION Restoration is to be in accordance with City codes. All street -cut trench work shall be patched with
asphalt or City approved material prior to the end of the workday - No Exceptions
WARRANTY The contractor is responsible for workmanship and materials for a period of one year following the final
inspection and acceptance of the work.

Replace bad order pole PLI 120030. New pole replacement will be a foot east of existing pole and 6' away from
edge of traveled lane. Owner of adjacent property was approached to have an easement to put new pole inside
their property in order to have pole 10' away from edge of traveled lane. Owner was not interested so the pole
location will be just outside of property line. No tree work, trench or boring involved.

Hi Natalie,
I'm not sure if you were looking at another Pole in Google but the pole that I'm replacing does not have any
guy and anchor attached to it. (see picture below). Also as I have mentioned on my application, I have
approached the owners of "9224" to see if I can put the pole in their property to meet your 10'
requirement. They are not willing to give me an easement for that purpose.
