Engineer. Every flagger must be trained as required by WAC 296-155-305 and must have certification
verifying completion of the required training in their posession.
RESTORATION Restoration is to be in accordance with City codes. All street -cut trench work shall be patched with
asphalt or City approved material prior to the end of the workday - No Exceptions
WARRANTY The contractor is responsible for workmanship and materials for a period of one year following the final
inspection and acceptance of the work.

The sidewalk will not remain closed. The work could be completed on private property, but I'm not entirely sure if the
crew can utilize the private driveway until they arrive on -site. It will depend on the crews whether they would be able to
work from there or work from the road instead.

Hi Andy,
Thank you for providing that information. A few things regarding the TCP:
Will the sidewalk remain open during PUD's work? If so, please confirm via email. If the sidewalk will need to be
closed, please submit a pedestrian detour plan that reroutes pedestrians to cross at the nearest designated
crosswalks (e.g. 84th & 96th)
The submittal shows closing the westbound lane on 220th to complete the work. If this lane needs to be utilized,
flaggers will be required because 220th is a minor arterial. You will not need submit a new plan, I just wanted to
make you aware.
- If all the work can be completed from the shoulder or on private property, let me know.

I have reviewed the application. The City will require that PUD enter the property perpendicular to the ROW, then once
on private property the orientation can be adjusted as needed. Please confirm that PUD will go straight into private
property (as I have roughly sketched in the image below).
Also there is a meter for the storm system for this short plat. Will PUD's underground conduit be feeding that meter for
power?
