NOTE: Oficer Shier works a rotating schedule, so to insure that your detail request is received and reviewed in a timely manner, it is recommended that you call his cell phone in addition to sending the email. Rate of Pay: (NOTE: Minimum of 4 hours will be paid to the officer) • Requests made 7 or more days in advance: The rate of pay for an officer working an off - duty detail will be $75 per hour. • Requests made less than 7 days in advance: The rate of pay for an officer working and off -duty detail will be $80 per hour.
