This permit is temporary and tent structure must be removed no later than 60 days after permit is issued. 5. Pre-occupancy inspections by Fire and Building inspectors required. 6. Post-removal inspection by Building inspector is required. 7. Installation, use and maintenance of equipment and components shall be per manufacturer’s specifications, installation instructions, and applicable state codes. 8. Heating equipment must be approved by Fire Marshal. 9. All governor-issued orders and guidelines related to COVID 19 must be observed.
