Description of Proposal: The applicant is proposing to construct a total of a 6-unit townhome with
associated parking. The 6-units are proposed in a new three (3) story building and each unit is proposed to
contain four (4)-bedrooms. Parking for the units will be provided via a two -car garage for each unit. Access
to the proposed development will be taken off of 210th St. SW. Design review projects which trigger SEPA
are Type III -A decisions. The site is located within the RM-1.5 zone (One dwelling unit per 1,500 square feet
of lot area).
