The following items have been addressed in this resubmittal: General - sheet number have been added to all sheets. Response to Comment #1— Proposed 15t floor plan is updated to indicate a wooden landing outside of the sliding glass door. As a side note, our plan is to construct a new deck on the west side of the house. Response to Comment #2 — existing bathrooms have exhaust fans. The existing laundry room does not have an exhaust fan and the plans have been updated to show a new fan being added. Response to Comment #3, 4, and 5 - we have purchased and will install a Zephyr Monsoon I with ACT airflow technology which will limit the maximum CFM to 390 CFM. "ACT" is an exclusive feature built into the Zephyr hoods which can limit the maximum blower CFM to meet local code requirements." Response to Comment 6 - The legend on sheet S3 indicates shearwalls and holdowns per schedules on sheet S2. Response to Comment 7 - The bottom plate connections called out on the shearwall schedule on sheet S2 is correct.
