Due to the length of time that has past since our review comments were sent, if you are not able to resubmit within 90 days, we will expire the application and require PUD to reapply under a new permit application for the proposed work. If you do not plan to move forward with the proposed work or if you do not expect to be able to resubmit within 90 days, we can withdraw the application.
