CODE, 2ND SECTION 1, OF ORDINANCE NO. 1385,
PPOVIDING FOP. THE PROCEDURE AND CHARGES FOR.
SUSPENSION OF 6'F.TER SERVICE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDI?ONDS, NASHINCTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOT?S :
The Edmonds City Code, Section 6.16.060 is hereby
amended to readas follows:
"Section 6.16.120 Suspension of water use- Procedure.
A. Should it be desired to discontinue the use of
water for a period of more than thirty (30)
days, notice thereof in writing must be given
to the Water Department. The water will then
be shut-off and turned on again on written
application without extra charge, but no re-
mission_ of charges will be made without the
notice prescribed in this section.
i. Should it be desired to discontinue the use of
water for any period of less than thirty (30)
days, upon oral or written request the water
will be shut-off and turned on again at a
charge of $2.00 for each turn -on and each
turn-off."
