AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS , WA.SHINGTON
CREATING A NEW SECTION IN ThE EDMONDS CITY CODE,
SECTION 6.20.015,PEOUIRING SEPAPATE WATER METERS
FOR EACH SINGLE-FAMLY RESIDENCE AND ESTABLISHING
PATES PR.IOR TO SUCH TTETER INSTALLATION,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS , T'1A_SHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOW'?S
There is hereby created a new section of the Ed-
monds City Code, Section 6.20.0.15, which section shall
read as follows:
"Section 6.20.015 Separate Single -Family Residence
Teters. Each single family residence building or
structure served by water shall be provided with
its own separate water meter. Prior to the time
when such additional separate meters can be installed,
water rates shall be applicable on the same basis
as if the separate meters were actually installed."
