AMENDING THE EDMONDS CITY CODE, SECTION 4.48.070

TI'E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, TgASHINCTON
D() ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 4.48.070 of the Edmonds City Code he and
the same hereby is amended to read as follows:
"4.48.070 Dancing - fours of operation. It shall he
unlawful for any T`erson, firm or corporation to allow or
Permit dancing in any hotel, restaurant, or cafe in the
City of Edmonds between the hours of two o'clock A.11., and eight
o'clocY A.M. of any day of the week."
